Just installed a used set of goodridge ss lines an the vinyl covering is a little dark , wondering what would be the best way to clean em?

I'm not a big fan of the clear vinyl covered lines, as they do tend to darken/discolor over time...
Try wiping them down with some solvent; lacquer thinner or acetone seems to work the best. But even this may not work, as the discoloring can go 'into' the plastic. As a worst case, pick up some vinyl seat dye at the local auto parts store and 'paint' the coverings black. You could even pick a color and 'match' them to your paint color...Fast, Cheap, Reliable... Pick any two
