blinker mounting question

  • blinker mounting question

    Previous owner had them off the bike. I have the fronts back on had no problems with that. now the rear on the other hand....lol

    I personally like the sissy bar and back rest that are on the bike but as you can see int he pics below it blocks the mounting holes for the blinkers?

    Any suggestions from you experts out there? of how or where to mount the blinkers.

    For folks who use side bags, there is a bracket to mount them on the lisence plate light mount. Might work out best for you as well.

      Unless your going to install saddle bags, why not install them where the hole is going through the backrest mount and run the wire right through the original mount hole?

        Here's the setup used to mount the signal lights when you use saddlebags.

            Hate to tell you, but that bracket only works with the square standard signals

            There's a completely different lash-up for the special round sigs....

              The setup I show in the pic of my bike came integrated with the lights and wiring already on it. It bolts on to your license plate bracket.
              Yet, the actual light fixtures are removable from the bracket and you could install both rectangular or round lights on it
