I was at an event downtown the other night (brother playing at a bar there). I found a "convenient" parking spot that actually ended up as a pretty cool photo backdrop. My cheapo camera (and amateur operating skills) did not do the best for photo quality, but they still came out kind of neat. Thought I would share...

Healthy is merely the slowest rate at which you can die
Some people will tell you that slow is good - and it may be, on some days - but I am here to tell you that fast is better. I’ve always believed this, in spite of the trouble it’s caused me. Thanks for the props guys!
I thought about this for the calendar, but the photo picture quality is not the best for that. Might have to try a redo...
It is a Model A repro light. It is all LED, and works great. There are many different formats of this light available, pretty much one for every build.
I have tried to hide license plates before, but seem inevitablyto forget...oh well
Anyway, I just thought this was kind of cool as a "theme" photo--cafe, dark alley, and all.The ol' XS does make a pretty good cafe bike!Healthy is merely the slowest rate at which you can die

The lighting and the effects of the shadows in the first pic are nice.
The second pic I like better, due to it just having a four color scheme: dingy green, brick red, white/chrome and black. The drab, lifelessness of the background makes the eye focus on the contrasting image of the bike."Damn it Jim, I'm a doctor, not a mechanic!' ('Bones' McCoy)
