79 XS1100 Electrical Issues - Help
I'm new to this bike; in fact I'm new to working on bikes so forgive me of any ignorance.
My right blinkers stopped working. The bulbs appear to be fine. When I try them with the bike off get a constant, rapid clicking. When I use the left blinker that click is only when the blinker is blinking. Thoughts? Can someone point in the right direction?
Also, last night the headlight and instrument lights went completely out. I still have the neutral light and highbeam light on the tachometer and I still have the ignition and turn signal lights on the center consol between the tach and speedometer. I haven't had a chance to look at the fuses but wondered if there was any common issues with this bike? Could it be a grounding problem?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
