  • Midnight in Minnesota

I’ve added a second horse to my stable, a XS1100LH. I just couldn’t resist this one after finding it in pretty good cosmetic condition, 16,300 miles and all original except for an add-on oil cooler and luggage rack with backrest.
It does need some attention after only being driven about 500miles per year for the last 10 years by the third owner.
The carbs have never been touched and need attention, won’t idle very well but runs strong on the road, oil cooler hoses leak some and a few other minor issues. This will be my winter project going through front to back and just checking everything out.

The seating and handlebar position is quite different than my XJ and will take some getting used too. My XJ has been a dependable and fun ride but will now have to share my attention with this one.

                        Looks brand new!!!

Hey Cruiser: That is one hell of a bike. I can't believe how pristine some of these bikes are, mine was a bucket of rust when I got it. Glad you got a hold of it - I'm sure its at a home that appreciates the MNS as you already have an XS & got the fever. Now you got the "cherry" on top of the cake. - Dan
