        Nice, some stipes
on that tank would look good. Even just pin striping around the knee indentions,

While I don't personally care for bright paint colors, I love your use of black on the forks, gas cap, etc. Looks very nice.... Wait...what's that... Is that an adjustable handle-bar...? Crap! It is exactly the concept I had 'invented' in my mind! So, much for patents and prototypes. Where did you get it?

                    Yeah,
this Spring I finally got up the courage to pinstripe my tank and I reckon it makes it look better.

Note that my paint is a GM colour, Tangier Orange; while Paolo has chosen yellow.
                    A perfect yellow, too.
Some are too acidic and others are too creamy but his is just right.

Hey Fred, I don't remember but did you paint those stripes by hand or are those the tape? They look pretty good in either case, but I was just wondering Eh?

                        Hi Cy,
that's a tape job. The tape is easy to peel off and put down again as you go if it veers off the line.
What held me back from doing the pinstripes when I first painted the tank was that the tape has to be clearcoated afterwards and I have never had good luck getting clearcoat to go on without it going into runs.
This time I did several very light coats and managed to get away with it.

thanks for the critique guys i appreciate it.though i do need to correct the description of the color.i think the lighting in my garage is deceiving cause it aint yellow it is actually one of audi's colors papaya orange.i went to carlsons body shop supplies with audies paint code and had it mixed up for me.the handlebars i got from omars cafe. i wanted to get the 7" headlight from domi racer that had the ammeter built in but couldn't convince my self to drop the $200 for it. i want to hold off on any stripes until i am able to see everything on and together to decide what it is missing

Now that you say that about the color, I can see the difference compared to the jack stand.
