    Fuel line is 1/4\"

    Vacuum is 1/8\"

But the way things have been going for me lately I could be totally wrong on those numbers!

It's 1/4" ID single walled fuel line. The OD is smaller than regular auto type 1/4" diameter.

      3H3 owned since '06

+1 to that! Tygon is the way to go. Expensive ($2/foot), but worth it.

            Tygon

I found 3/16 ID, 5/16 OD Tygon on Line. Is that the size we need? I have always used 1/4 inch automotive fuel line. But have had problems with it deteriorating, cracking, and leaking in the Las Vegas heat. But I have heard good things about Tygon and would like to try it. Thanks

Yep, that's it! Yellow-colored stuff. Really flexible, and single-walled so it won't crumble like the automotive stuff. It amazes me how that black stuff stands up for so long (decades) in a car engine, but one summer will kill it on a bike!

+1+ on the 3/16! It's a little work to get on, but it stays on well, seals well and it won't leak. Last week I replaced a small section of 1/4" tygon with the 3/16. Immediately dried up a seep and gas fumes. I keep some in the side box all the time, JIC.

                  Gas Line Souce

Thanks for your help. I went on line again and had a little problem finding a source that would ship by the foot(This tubing comes in 50 foot rolls). The ones I did had exorbident shipping and handling fees. I did find a place at usplastics.com that sold it to me by the foot for $1.05 per foot. My order of 10 feet had a shipping charge of $4.95. This may help someone down the road looking for this tubing.
