The reason for this post is , Ijust bought a 80 std that had a 4-1 header. the muffler is gone but pipes and collecter are there. this bike still had side and center stand on it. Header looks like a good fit. what i was wondering is, if someone was interested in trying to use this header as a template to make a header. Only problem is that p.o cut #4 pipe at head. but i think someone can weld pipe back together. If someone was interrested they could have the header for the cost of shipping. then they could offer this to other members for less than what new ones cost.
