Check out Dennis Kirk and JC Whitney,

They both list the Travelcade brand of replacement seat cover kits for about $60-70.

I took my 850 seat to an auto upholstery shop. It cost me about $100. I had to shop around for price and to get what I wanted, but it turned out pretty good.

Another option is your local upholstery shop. Here's the recover job they did for me for Black Ice for about a hundred bucks installed.

I have a travelcade that has been on my bike for 6-7 years, still working great.

Try this web site. I got a cover for my 79 xs11special, it looks great. There are some pictures of it on the pics thread. ($50.00)

If you go the local auto upholstery route- make sure they do the cross stitching like you see in Talbot's seat. A few guys quoted me extra $ for that. If you don't get it cross stitched your seat will wrinkle and wad up over time. So shop around and make sure they know what you want and it will save you a little money.
