I tried fuel in to the bottom t and venting the top 2. This seems to match with the hose memory.
No luck.
I have spark on the plugs, verified by putting them on the frame and checking each individually.
I also have some starter fluid (25% ether) but this made no difference.
I also found some spare carbs in the PO part box. These appear to look like the stock carbs. So I'm guessing these were replaced with the current ones, for reasons unknown.
