Carbs

I am new to this forum, i am working on a 1100 for my father in law and was just wondering what year of carbs are the right on for a 78 xs1100 (what years can I use if I need a new set up.)

What's wrong with the carbs that are on it? Or aren't they?

79's would be fine, and any set can be used with some minor fiddling.

But don't mix and match carbs from different sets.
