I found this on Ebay: http://tinyurl.com/22ugrfe

Fuel injection from a YZF R1...will it work on the XS11? How much trouble, and what else would I need to control it?

    Hi Drew,
someone on this list is installing F.I. on his bike.
I disremember the details but the search button should find it.
BTW, your signature says in part:- Special Tank (Need a set of badges)
These are from MikesXS and are ~3/16 shorter and need a second M3 hole tapped through the rear attachment arm to install

A small part of the badge dent on the far side just shows at the rear of the shorter badge but you really have to know it's there to see it.

The injected throttle bodies are only a small part of the equation. You also need a fuel pump and a pickup system to trigger the injectors at the appropriate time.

VERY correct. The throttle bodies are the easiest part. The fuel pump is by far the hardest. The link in my signature should take you to my write up.
