  • XJ11 parts

I am thinking of buying another XJ11. The problem is that it has no title. It runs and I thought about parting it out but want to see how many would be interested in parts for an XJ11 sense most on this site have XS11. It is a complete bike.

If the exhaust system's stock, and still in good, non-welded up shape... I would be interested in that.
Collector & muffler connection areas keep failing on the ones I've come up with...

If you do it, and they're good, give me a shout.

Yep, that is the blessing and the curse of the XJ, a one year only model. Which means it is unique and "rare", which means the parts are rare and typically more money. It also means a narrower market to sell parts to.

Yeah but with those winters and roads y'all needed a few more years to have the same surviving numbers!!

Fer Sure but they survive in such wonderful shape as well. Not uncommon to find a 10 yr old bike here that looks Brand new!

I might be interested in brake components (calipers, especially) from an XJ. The fronts are the same as the LH uses.

And if the rear shocks are good, there may be someone here that wants to switch their XS to the XJ air shocks. I can say it really makes it ride and handle better than the stock shocks do. And better, they can be reconditioned and so be good for another 28 years.
