    If it's been sitting a while maybe the rings are rusted to the cylinders...

    Some penetrating oil in the cylinders for a day might help.

      hey xsbobber,
      glad you sorted it out, if you post the first few
      digits of the engine number you'll find out the correct
      model you have as there are some slight differences from the
      early model engines and the later ones.

        Slow down. Hit the shift key once in a while. It demonstrates that, at the very least, you have basic skills at the most fundamental modern machine interface ever- your freakin' keyboard. Otherwise, I lament that you might not have the skills to handle anything more complicated..

        This forum is all about us-full info...

        Read the replies, do a search, put all the little pieces together, and if you get stuck....then just ask a serious question.
