I see a reference to this a lot. What is the actual interenet address. I'm going to order all new compnents for my carbs. I know the bodies and passages are spotless. Last straw, if this doen't work, stay tuned as there will be a parts bike coming on line shortly.

    Here in North Carolina ..

a member had been struggling with carbs so I arranged for him to try a set off one of my bikes that worked perfectly. Tried um on and his bike ran great...

Is there anyone nearby that could lend you a known good set to try thus confirming that carbs are the issue. There seems to be some doubt.

In recent weeks there have been some very good looking sets of carbs on Ebay as well. Prepare to spend a few hundred from a reliable vendor ...

to answer you question, Georgefix is the guys e-bay seller name. If you do a search for xs11 carb kits, you'll likely bring up several of his listings, and from there you can view his other auctions. His e-mail comes from HARDPARTSINC, so I'm not sure if he has some other web site or not, but you could search using the e-mail.

He ships fast and has great customer service, I just had a problem (not his fault) and he offered to exchange the parts for me at no cost, not often you find someone on e-bay that backs up products like that!

          Mac,

Unless you already know this situation, what jets are in your carbs, and do you have stock exhaust and air box?? Also , what style of carbs the ones with exposed mix screws or the ones down in the tubes?

IT is fairly uncommon for the Mikuni jets to be the issue unless they got really buggered up in removal. Like the Wiz suggested. With everythign giving you the headaches it is, be nice to confirm this is the issue before you spend the $80 or so on carb kits.
