    Yep, I've straightened those emulsion tube tops out before. They worked just fine. YMMV

      You must have been following the advice given in Clymers where it says to grab that sucker with needlenose pliars! (rather than push them up from the bottom)

        That is what happened. I grabbed it with some needle nose pliers and it didn't budge. So I just tapped it out from the bottom. Learned the hard way.

          Brent - tube's in the mail. P.O. say's it will be there Monday, but I think they lied - what with Memorial Day and all. Probably be Tuesday.
