I have had my carbs off a few dozen times, maybe more over the last 3 years. I have replaced the pilots, but for the life of me I forget where they are at. Dont laugh to loud about this stupid question.

No laughing required. In fact, with all the different names used for the different pilot series components, it is no wonder anyone has a clue who is talking about what.
The pilot jet, a fixed orifice jet in the float bowl area. This is found by removing the float bowl and looking into the smaller of the towers seen. It is down inside that small tower. Onthe earlier model carbs it is covered by a screw or plug.
The pilot mixture jet, also called the mixture screw (what I call it), also known by a few other titles, is on the engine side of the carbs on the top of the outlet bell area. On the earlier models it is very visible and may have a plastic cap on it to limit its travel. On the later model carbs it is down inside the tunnel (alot like the pilot jet) and may have a metal cover or plug in the hole.
IF you search for a thread by Wildkat titled "Carbs 101" it has a great pictorial guide to the carbs.
