I just got the Avon Venom for my front and I like it so far, only had it for a few hundred miles but it seems good wet or dry... Do a search for tires or tyres and you will find enough to read for days!
"What they do have is an implacable, unrelenting presence and movement that bespeaks massive power lurking behind paint and chrome. They don't wail like a screeching ninja, the don't rumble like a harley. They just growl like a spactic, stressed out badger waiting to rip your face off and eat your soul." Trainzz~RIP~
I've read the tire threads and I don't remember anyone ever trying one. Not saying I couldn't have possibly missed that, but sure don't remember. If you try it, let us know how it works.

Try your hardest to be the kind of person your dog thinks you are.
You can live to be 100, as long as you give up everything that would make you want to live to be 100!

Hey Tod,
I thought I would follow up on this thread and let everyone know what I think of the Venom front tire (the other guy doesn't look like he comes here much)... Im getting ready to replace it within the next few thousand miles and it's been a good tire. It wore evenly and has always provided good grip. Im convinced and will be getting another one to replace it. Dont know how many miles I put on it because I never recorded when I installed it. I should of wrote it in this thread! Next time.
