On my bike the gauge is messed up, but i kind find any aftermarket gauges that i think look ok on my bike. Any suggestions?

Your post is rather VAGUE!?
Which GAUGE...Speedo, Tach, FUEL?
You need to EDIT your profile/signature to include the YEAR/MAKE/MODEL of your XS11, there ARE differences between them....ie. standard vs special!
Then....we can better advice you on what you're looking for, whether you can use aftermarket or other model Yamaha, etc.!
