Yeah, forgot to mention that about disconnecting the YICS... since mine's eliminated anyway... 
Those first vac plugs I got were from the local auto parts store... they were tough as heck to get on, so I thought I was good to go... but they weren't very thick, and when the engine warmed up, they got loose and blew off.
Got some thick ones now, (Thanks, Bohn!) That should end that problemo...
