Walmart sells a decent battery for about $45, here's the P/N.....

No problem. After filling, make sure you charge the battery before putting it into service. It'll last longer that way.

Yes. Read the instruction manual it is quite specific on how to charge before use. Mine was $69 in Canada. The waiting one hour between steps was quite a revelation.
