I would like to replace the filter tower on my petcocks.
I have noticed there have been a few threads by others having trouble getting them installed.
    Were do you get them?
I could only find them from Bike Bandit $40.00 ouch
Mike's offers one (206419) does anyone know if it will fit the vacuum petcocks from a standard?

        Hi Rick,
it looks to me like Mikes' filters are meant to fit over the individual round tubes on his aftermarket petcocks.
The vacuum petcocks on your XS11F need a double-barreled filter tube that is a press-fit into the pocket with the two holes on your petcock.
        So yeah, ouch indeed.

          Press in filter tower...

Does anyone know of a way to keep the tower pressed into the body of the petcock? Over the years the filter tower just doesnt want to stay where it is ment to . Mine fell off and I replaced it once but it just falls off again. IDK what to do, I was thinking of a way to keep it from comming off. Im not sure if it would work but, I was thinking about using one of those washer things that you press onto the stud of the emblem to hold it onto the side cover. If I can find one the right size I think it would be my best bet. Any thoughts?
