Cylinders 1 & 2 cold

Just put the tank back on fresh gas new petcocks with clear fuel line. I can see
nice clean gas goin to the carbs but feels like it has a dead miss and wont idle.
I checked the exhaust and cylinders 1 & 2 are cold. Couldnt be a coil right? Coils fire 1 & 4, 2 & 3 1980 standard with oe coils and wires

Yep, electrical is typically 1 and 4, and 2 and 3. 1 and 2 is usually fuel related. Check for a kink in a fuel line, a plugged vent somewhere, or a plugged petcock or the like. Something keeping the fuel from free flowing on that side.

did you get the petcocks back together right? and on the sides they belong on?

Petcocks

I installed manual petcocks and can see the fuel in the line. Im thinkin something
with the carbs but will pull fuel line first and check flow
