That's what's on my '80G and my '83MK Mid Max and 100/90/19 on the 650's
1980 XS1100G "Dolly G" Full Dresser (with a coat of many colors )
    1979 XS1100SF (stock-euro mods planned)
    1984 XV700L Virago (to be hot-modded)
    1983 XJ750MK Midnight Maxim (semi-restored DD)
    1977 XS650D ( patiently awaiting resto)

Sometimes it takes a whole tank of gas before you can think straight.

I've used a 130/100 H4 bulb in a couple of my bikes before my XS11s. Now I'm running and 85/55 bulb. These bulbs are taxing on the wiring and you may need to add in a relay...

Psst Tony....He was talking tire not bulbs....

I think the 110 goes on easier ont he standard model than the special. But I think it can fit on either.

I'm just too freaking busy today and my mind must be somewhere else.

I have a 90/100 Metzler on the front of my bike. I only have a couple hundred miles on it and the nubs are still showing. So far I think I would go with this tire again...

I don't have an "E" model, but I run 110s on my XJ. Just remember that all tires are not equal. Some of them slide right up in place, and some of them, I have to let the air out and squeeze it up in there.. then fill it back up.

                Hi Mikie,
my son put a 110/90-19 on the front of his XS750 Special.
There's mebbe 1/8" clearance between the tire and the fender.

I got a 78 E with Dunlop D404 110/90-19 on front and 130/90-17 on the rear and had no problems.
