  • Tube Size for rear tire

I'm purchasing a new back tire.
Going to get a Bridge stone S11 130/90/17 As I have a 79F tube style rims.
    Can I use a 110/90/17 Tube?
Or what tube size should I be using?

The fiche shows a 450X17 tube on the rear wheel. If you've got rim locks on your rear wheel chances are you'll have to replace the tube that's in it. Not a good idea to try and use a too small tube, though.
I think I have a loose screw behind the handlebars.

      Thanks Doug.

Hey Doug on the green coils I installed they are working fine but: I the boot on the wire what is soposed to hold the wire in the coil?

If I remove the boot the wire falls right out.

There's a little metal clip that goes on the end of the high tension wire. You strip about 1/2" of the high tension wire, and that goes through the hole in the clip which goes around the wire. When they're assemble like that (7mm wires) you have to push them pretty hard to get them all the way into the coil socket. Sometimes you'll hear or feel a little click when they slide home - sometimes you don't. I think I have some high tension wires and clips in the mancave. If I do I'll post some pics (if someone else doesn't beat me to it). Anyway, they should stay in fine even without the boot.

          As promised..

Stripped wire and clip. This clip came from a 4-banger cage wire set, but the ones supplied with the coils are pretty much the same.

Sticking the wire through the hole puts it right up against the coil's contacts, and provides a more positive connection.

Note the little ears on the clip. If it isn't fitting tight enough, try bending the ears out a little more.
