  • Anyone know where I might find connectors like this?

I'm looking for connectors like are on the reserve lighting unit, or between the handlebar controls and the main harness, Mikesxs has part number #12-0629 which looks to be the correct 6 pin, but on my bike there is also a 4 pin version.

Any ideas? Also it would be cool if I could get the 6 pin one without having to pay 12 bucks shipping for a 4 buck part.

Geezer, what is your site? Do you have connectors like part #'s 12-0017 through 12-0022 from MikesXS? (http://www.mikesxs.net/products-78.html#product-12-0022) Shipping costs the amount of buying a 10 pack of each connector. All I need is one or two of each part# listed, not a 10 pack, Not that I wont use them at some point, its just $12 to ship them..? Is doesnt seam reasonable... Sorry Reefer, dont mean to jack your thread... ok maybe a lil haha.

            Here's my connectors page.
            http://www.oregonmotorcycleparts.com/connectors.html

I'm out of a few things but I will be importing more in 2 or 3 weeks... I ship by USPS priority mail and you're looking at $5.95 S&H... If you only need a couple connectors, I can send them by first class mail for about half that.

Thanks Geezer, I see you are out of stock of exactly what I need! For what I get a Mike'sXS I could buy just what I need from you and get the crimpers for almost the same amount.

I'm not completely out, just low. What do you need and how many?

I'm concerned about running out of stuff that is going to keep me from shipping finished product. I started carrying connectors as a service to my customers that bought my regulators and rectifiers but now they're a regular part of my business.

I used to carry a cheaper crimper but it was hard to use so when the price on them went up, I decided to carry the nicer ones that I have now. I think I have about the best price around on on this type crimper.

I have a bunch of male bullets but only a few female ones. I only have about a dozen of the double female bullets and I don't know when I'll get to my bike project that I need a few for... So buy a crimper from me and I'll toss in the bullets you need but be sure and eMail me at my biz and let me know it's you...

Radio Shack has a 4-pin connector. It's not exactly the same, but you could easily re-wire both sides of the connection. They have several other connectors like this as well. These are what I used to re-wire my Vetter trunk.

Yeah, there are a multitude of 4 and 6 pin connectors available, but I hate to cut off stock plugs and cut into a perfectly good harness. I strive to find the right plugs even if they cost a few dollars more, that way the factory harness is left untouched in case I (or someone else) ever want to put it back to stock.

Randy and Ken, sorry if I'm blind but I'm not finding the connector I'm looking for on cycle recycle. They have most of the other ones but not the 4 and 6 pin connectors with the corners cut off, like are on the reserve lighting unit.
