If you just need it released, like so you can bring it home or whatever then you should be able to crack open the bleed screw on the offending caliper and let the pressure out.
I'm assuming you think you have a plugged spooge hole.
Warning - this is not a permenant fix, do not attempt to ride the bike with the bleeder open. This is a I need to move it from the street to the garage kinda thing only!
If you want the real fix search for spooge hole, should be a good write up someplace.
If that doesn't work then the "caliper piston" is stuck and you'll have to remove and clean the calipers to fix it. Temporary fix is to pry against the metal part of the pad with a screw driver to force the piston back a little so you can move the bike.
Either way don't grab the brake again or you'll have to do the temporary fix again.
