    It's the only XS1100 side car rig I've ever seen down here, and as much as i dont like them it looks pretty good.
    1980 SG. (Sold - waiting on replacement)
    2000 XJR1300. The Real modern XS11. Others are just pretenders.

    Woman (well, my wife anyway) are always on Transmit and never Receive.

      Hi Brian,
      that's a real nice rig. I put mine together out of what I could find, what I could afford and what I could build but that rig looks like someone planned it.
      Especially the LL forks and the easy-access sidecar with separate beer carrier.
      Judging by my son's opinion after a 3-year visit to NZ & Australia that "bikes down here cost twice what they do at home", even the price is reasonable.
      You should swallow your prejudice and try a rig.
      Warning, they are habit-forming. There is no cure.

          Geez, for what you 'down under' guys are reporting for used prices this looks like a steal. That price wouldn't be that far off the mark in the states...

              Thats one nice unit at a good price.

              ive noticed the past 1 - 2 yrs the
              price of the xs has gone up heaps here in aus,
              asking prices for the xs in good cond
              are around $4500,
              and ive seen some unregistered in poor/fair condition
              asking around $2000.

              makes me feel good that i paid $1400 for mine
              in good original condition.

                  Nah Fred, i've got enough bad habits already

                  Here's an two wheeler that i just found at a spectacularly good price for it's condition, although the exhaust is "interesting"
