  • new mac 4-1

Well I got my new Mac 4-1 exhaust today and I can't tell the difference between the old Jardine and the new Mac.I smashed the Jardine in a chuck hole last summer and couldn't straighten the header so I ordered a new Mac.It looks exactly the same as the Jardine I got off Ebay 3 years ago.Are they the same or was someone lying?I couldn't get a Marshy shipped here and the one's from New Zealand are 800 bucks. Are the Mac and the Jardine one in the same or did I get Hosed off Ebay again? Jardine and Mac are not the same. Maybe you can identify which system you had/have in this thread, or post a pic(s)....

If your talking about the Cycleworks pipe, as shown here,

then the last time I checked they were around $400 USD (600NZD) and shipping would most likely be around the 120 USD mark (based on the cost of my forks from Canada). Still pricey but not as bad as 800.

My local muffler shop was going to build one for me for between 250 and 300NZD but I ran out of spare money at the time and repaired my old one instead.

Lol, I have a 4-1 Mac on my SF, I retained the header pipe and grafted on a 4" Supertrapp can and it sounds and performs great. Not too many choices left anymore so you sometimes gotta be creative, lol.
