    So I was wondering , if we could hook up and do some riding some time and also get some of the experts together and do a little wrenchin too

    That would be cool, but my range is very limited. I would love to pass on the art of the bench synch.

      Sure Garth,,,, my garage and tools are open to any, all members that want to ride out and do some wrenching. The experts, 3Phase and Planedick and other xs members, would be really helpful to get a ride and wrench session going, so our bikes are purring like Prom dates. For those so inclined, we have at least three local xs members in my area that could use a meeting of the mech. minds. SO,,,,,,maybe set up a date, place, and a ride and the interested will show.....Mike

        No Problem

        Garth,

        I'm putting the speedometer back together this evening; took it apart to replace the broken needle on the 160Mph speedometer. I'll need to make a trip to check it and make sure it's calibrated and might as well return your fuel tank. If it falls off the luggage rack -- the carb clinic was your idea! <g,d&r>
