  • Poking around

    Hey Guys:

Poking around for the sponge hole and I just want to check theres a hole where I'm poking.
Here is my master cylinder its the front one.

Here is where I'm poking as the hole on the left is about an 1/8" in diameter and definitely clear.

If I'm in the right place, what pitch or angle should I expect the hole to be?

    thanks again

Can't really tell by the pics, but the spooge hole should be very tiny. A bristle off a wire brush should barely fit thru it.

    Tech tip...

I believe it should be the front hole or the one on the right in your picture. On my SH, it is typically covered up by the tab on the reservior. I always turn my reservior 90 deg or so to see it.

I take a bicycle brake cable and unravel it-using a single strand of it to poke thru.
