  • late Christmas !!

I just my package from mikesxs and I am stocked! I ordered a new set of bars , new mirrors, new grips, and as always a new gas cap seal . The bars are just standards but bike bandit wanted 102 bucks these were 34 , the mirrors are are round chrome, but the coolest part are the new grips are the coolest part the kind of look like ski pole grips , you know HAND shaped we'll see how they work!!! Anybody get any new cool parts lately?

Yeh, I got some new cool parts. Not for the 11 though. They're new molds for my Ballisticast bullet casting machine. Merry Christmas to me!

Whoa. Mikesxs' gas cap seal fits the 11's standard cap? I didn't know that! Would that be part #20-0036?

Hey Randy: yeah thats the correct part number for the gas cap seal - fits great - have one on mine. F.Y.I. you don't really need to take it all apart to get the new one on, a little patient and some rubbing alcohol on it b4 you try it & it slips on great (this don't sound right but you know what I mean hehe) - Dan

Hey Furious4 they fit just fine. I like them much better than the "garden tiller" style that came on the Specials. For my old worn out body, the riding posture is more comfortable. The issue I had was what to do with the extra cables and brake line length (you may not have this issue due to already having drag bars). I will try and post some pics this weekend for ya. Mind you I have the forks off right now but you can still get an idea. Also something else I forgot to mention is the mirrors are harder too see behind me now because the superbike bars are narrower than the stock ones. Rick
