lol.. I'm tellin' ya, the spark plugs were out so it was very easy to spin around. This was the first time doing this so I was being extra careful. I never felt any resistance at all. The valves are VERY weak to sideways movement, so even a light touch of the piston is likely to bend them.

At the top of the stroke where they would be hitting, the leverage is probably about like trying not to bend a thumbtack using a big pry-bar. No spinach needed!

cams are out, no problems. Put my own witness points in for future reference. Valves are out. Intakes or fairly good but the exhaust's are horrible. Will measure the springs and do tolerence checks but am puzzled by the amount of oil in exhaust ports.

Your own witness points? Huh? The cams have marks on them!

Ya I only found two dots on #2 side of the sprockets for cam orientation. I used a magic marker to mark the sprockets so they went back on in the same position they came off in. Took several pictures of the cam alignment dots and the arrows for future reference.,
