Hi. My guage mounting plate seems has just recently started vibrating on me. There are two bolts in lower left and right hand corners but I can't see if there are nuts at the bottom. I tried tightening them and they rotated but they didn't move really easily. is the whole system self tightening? thx

There are nuts on the bottom of those bolts and the bolts go through a damper with metal insert. If you lost a nut, then things are going to get lose and you may lose parts of the dampeners.
I believe both the nut and the bolt are 10mm.1979 XS11F Standard - Maya - 1196cc (out of order)
