  • ABS for the old girls

Been speaking to a guy at Jonway scooter for a few days now for various things and possible parts for my XS. He mentioned to me that you get an "add-on" cyclinder that screws into you braking system (just before your callipers) that is adjustable to your braking.

Anyone done something like this? Is it worth the effort?

Don't know anything about that part, but it sounds like a pressure limiter
and not an ABS. ABS has to have feedback from the effected wheels
that tells it that the wheel is stopped turning and then releasing the
applied brake pressure until the wheel starts turning again.
Still, I like my manual brakes just the way they are.
