    Lee,
Raask makes rear sets for the xs1100, but they are about $300 a set last I checked. A couple of our Australian members have them installed, just do a search for Raask rear sets.

    Dan,
Thanks for the info. I don't think it will be too hard to make one. It is helpful to see everyone's ideas and then compile them into one fiberglass end product. I am building a new sled right now, so it will be later on in the winter till I get to it. But I will. I am also thinking about building a tank for this bike, a little narrower than the standard tank, and longer too. I am kind of looking for Norton lines a little bit. It seems that the XS "peaks" a little too much in the triple tree area, and so it is hard to get an authentic cafe look. That is what makes it fun to try!
Healthy is merely the slowest rate at which you can die

Some people will tell you that slow is good - and it may be, on some days - but I am here to tell you that fast is better. I’ve always believed this, in spite of the trouble it’s caused me. Being shot out of a cannon will always be better than being squeezed out of a tube. That is why God made fast motorcycles, Bubba….Hunter S. Thompson
