With the tire threads back up and the "What's your bike worth" posting, I just thought I'd ask....

What is your favorite oil to use on these bikes?

I'm thinking about switching to canola oil. I don't seem to be having much luck with the engine type. Started hearing a knock in my new engine today, so I'm pretty bummed. Being for all intents and purposes at the moment unemployed (still gotta go to work but coming up on a second payday with no pay, come the 5th, no paycheck I stop working and apply for unemployment) I can't afford to try and fix it again. I'm not going to sell it, but I may have to give up riding for a couple of years while I tear it down and fix everything right (and I do mean everything, if I have to do this it's going to be a 100% restore). I may just run it tell it grenades and then start working on it, I just don't know now.

No one has mentioned the baby Harp seal oil. Very fine but pretty pricey on the left coast.

Ebonics, an english based dialect I've never been able to really get a handle on.

However, da Rotella git -------- aww flippin forget it.

It'll make the clutch slip like h-ll!
