Ok, how to fix the clutch actuator

    Did you check the spec on the clutch springs? If they are below spec length then they may not be applying enough pressure to snap the clutch back together affirmatively. If they are below 41.8mm you need to replace them. That costs some, but it's a lot easier that taking apart your clutch pack again. And, if your springs are weak, I don't know that adding an extra steel would solve your problem.
