    I saved it to my favorites!! I tend to be kind of cheap abotu things and will spend an hour or so of my time to cut out a gasket to save $20 on the cost. So far I have made every gasket I ever needed for my XS11. Very useful in my opinion!!

    I am interested in what you would cut the head gasket out of though, or the cylinder jug(s) gasket?

        You could use copper, or they do make exhaust gasket material that has a metal center core. Maybe evthing from Mr Gasket, or another performance supplier.

            I am yet to see a home computer printer that will handle copper sheeting....

                I'm not really expecting people to print out the head gasket on gasket paper (well, come to think of it maybe some will try ) that's why I've listed a .DXF file in AutoCAD Drawing Interchange Format - if you have access to a CNC machine this file will drive the machine to cut the head gasket out of copper.

                Kudos for the head gasket .DXF file goes to Hawk on the XS1100 UK forum who has used this to create his own head gasket from copper
