New parts for the okie SPECIAL

Got my new (used) 4 into 2 exhaust installed today. It looks good, but the mufflers have got to go. They sound ok but way too quiet. I need more bark!

The 850 rear drive came this afternoon. Holy crap man, it came with the rear rim, rotor, cover, and (good) bearings. Wooohooo! (cheap!!!)

I'm wondering what " washer " it is I need to change. I haven't got mine apart, but from what I can see it will bolt right up.

I gotta be missing something as usual.

XS Gurus please bless me with some helpful info here.

Pictures with circles and arrows with a paragragh for each one would be appreciated.
