Are you running new pads? When you install new pads you have to sand the service, with a medium fine sandpaper, to break the glaze or they won't grip the rotor. New pads right out of the box will just slide over the service, which is probably where the pulsating is coming from, and while you are doing that use a scotch brite pad to buff the rotor. If they are old pads sand them to for the same reason.

my brakes have issues

sanding did nothing , but i did try going up and down the street with one of the calipers unbolted (some plate steel duct taped between the pads so the piston didn't pop out) turns out my left rotor is fine , but the right one is badly warped , now i'm on the hunt for a front right or a rear slotted 1980 style disk , anyone have one of those sitting around ? i asked andreas but he only has the solid disks and i don't want to mix and match if i can avoid it .
