I installed my new fuse block today. Everything works...but my headlight has always come on with the key. I cant remember for the life of me if the front blinkers use to also? They stay on but blink when turned on. Back ones are off and only blink when switched. Does this sound normal?

Those are called front running lights. The Standards have them, and yes, that sounds normal. The headlight normally comes on when the engine is started, so someone has probably bypassed the headlight relay.
