No Vin Just a Metal Stamp! Need help!!

So it appears that "Ol Betsy" only has a metal stamp no vin. Can anybody make out on this bike? Its a california stamp from the DMV & has 2 sets of digits:

71352CA (1ST ROW)

301352 (2ND ROW)

Need help to identify what model she is. thanks fellas!

I'm assuming no sticker on the left side of the steering head?

Can the DMV do a search as to title/paperwork?

There's a stamp on the right side of the motor near the oil fill hole. Might not match the frame, but could be a start

Oh yeah! I e-mail Shop all the time. He's over in Iraq last I knew. I've got a link to his site on my page. His site was pretty much what inspired me to do what I'm doing.
