  • Wrenchin' not ridin'

Yep that'll be me now because I ran over my own freakin' bike!!!!!!!! for more details check out the thread "Rally in Manhattan" Too depressing to retype all that crap over again. Moral of the story; Make SURE you know the mechanical condition of anything you drive and read the ins. policy before you ever twist the key!!!!!!!!!!!!Hell I cant read either, got this thread in the wrong spot Ha Ha

      Still pickin' up the pieces

Well I'm still finding new stuff tore up while at the same time being amazed at just how tuff these bikes are! My old 80 midnite got totaled twice and I still sold it for more than I gave! I guess some things never change, even 20 years later. Won a new gas tank on ebay today so I'll be gettin' closer to the ridin' part soon. Now if I can just weld about 20 fins back on................

        Still waitin'

Gosh I hate dealin' with insurance people, all I wanna' do is fix my bike so I can putt!!!!!!!! They can't believe I'm not trying to rip them off!!! man like I'd run over all my own crap just so I could ruin my whole summer, no bike, no convertable, no deck, not even a freeking lawn mower!!!!!!!!!! If they don't pay maybe I ought'a send them a bill for time lost in the saddle!! Sorry just cabin fever I guess.
