Where to get a fine tuning tachometer?

I am looking for something that is either digital or something I can temporarily hook up to my bike to fine tune the rpm. I don't have a tach on the bike now so something electrical I could hook up to my coil? Something cheap?

    an idea.

    first item:$29.99

    Second item:$34.99 (also a voltmeter!!)

either of these should get the job done.
these are not "top" quality tools, but most items are ok.
just don't try useing them in heavy use/every day application and they will be fine.

    good luck
