A co-workers brother used to own an XS1100E many years ago but sold it. He still had some parts laying around so he sold the box to me (cheap).
    carb rack
    pod filters (K&N style)
    carb boots
    2 iggy boxes
    pick-up coils/advance unit
rear brake mc, hose, caliper, bracket
    front mc from another bike
handlebar control with lights, horn, on/off, mute (?), volume (?)
some chrome brackets that I think somehow go to a trailer hitch
    a trailer hitch.

Since the 78 was the fastest of the XS's I think all the XStra 78 parts I have will go on my LG.
So, the LG aready has the 1196 kit. I now have a 78 head, carbs, and advance unit.
The LG head is junk, a PO did a poor porting job on it.
