Backfire/Rough Idle

After switching to a set of green coils from the stock unit, I am getting a consistant backfire at idle.

When I give it some throttle, the backfiring stops, but the bike runs VERY rough.

The ballast resistor was removed as part of the upgrade.

Double check for crossed wires. Orange, cyl. 1 & 4. Gray, cyl. 2 & 3. Also, maybe a pinched fuel line when reinstalling the tank?
