One thing Cody & I noticed w/ my kit... the jet numbers in the Dynajet kit are a lot larger than Mikunis. Not the same...

In case anyone is interested, I decided not to install the Dynojet kit in my 79 standard. If anyone is interested, I listed it on eBay tonight starting at 20 bucks.

Went on a nice long ride today. Ran a little over 250 miles. Gas mileage has improved greatly. Went from 31 MPG to a little over 41 Mpg. That is with a mix of back road driving and highway. If this keeps up it was well worth installing the Dynojet kit in my opinion.

That's great, Ozz!
I just got in from the Talimena ride. Logged just over 900 miles this weekend. Averaged between 38-40, up from 30-32. Big improvement... and ran great.
It's definitely the ticket. Saw improvement in the way it ran & idled by setting it up the way the directions instructed for a stock, Stage 1 setup(needles in the #2 notch)... but didn't see the mpg improvement until I lowered the needles to the #1 notch.
Some have tried that, but it was too lean...
Luckily, for me it was the ticket.
At a +8 mpg increase... it will pay for itself pretty soon.'82 XJ1100J Maxim (has been sold.)

I was waiting for your call this afternoon. What happened, get homesick?
I bet you were freezing your a$$ off by the time you got here.
How was the run?
