  • Valve stem size

Does the XS11 SF use an 11.3mm hole for the valve stems like modern japaneese bikes, or 8.3? I have a set of 90 degree valve stems on my FJR and I'm considering buying a set for the XS as well. I find it a bit dificult to use my standard air chuck with the straight valve stems since the rotors tend to get in the way.

    Thanks
    Ray

I just did a bunch of searching the "NET" to try to find the specs, wasn't able to.....SO...I took my caliper's and measured the outside of the valve sticking out of the rim, and it's 8mm!

      Hmm. Road Riders said 11.3

I suppose I could always just buy 11.3 valve stems and drill the rims out if they are 8.3
