The jacket...It's about as hott as any other jacket, one thing tho, it has a waterproof liner, which is nice in the rain, but it also likes to contain all your sweat...so you end up soaked at the end of your ride. It has plenty of venting, but it's only worthwhile if you rip out the waterproof lining, (which i've done) as it limits airflow as well.

My side panels are just made out of sheet metal, I just used a peice of cardboard as a template.
